Broken Nose and an Update

Hey guys, so yesterday I was playing softball and I managed to take a pitch to the face, which in turn ended up breaking my nose. I was in alot of pain yesterday and the whole right side of my face including my eye was swollen. Luckily today im feeling way better but not im starting to bruise :/

On a competition note, we got scores for assignment 2 on High Street Hotties and I got 3rd place, which is a minor set back but it was still a 28/30. Assignment 3 went up also and we had to take a picture with a male model any style. I did mine as the opposite of my model, a dark gothic shot with my super hot new guy Draegen. XD

Willow would like to think of herself being seen as a sweet and happy young woman, but she was completely shocked when the agency called her to a photo-shoot that could be considered "a dark vampire shoot". Willow took the opportunity, rocked the dark gothic look, and even got to pose with a super hot male model named Draegen. 

Also FAB's assignment 3 went up today and we had to do a headshot of our model wearing ONE jewelry item and advertise for it. Everything had to be black and gray (like makeup) and you could only use one other color and I chose teal. Im extremely happy with my outcome!

 

And my finaly topic isssss *insert drumroll here* DANCING DEAD MODELING COMPETITION!!!

You guys may or may not remember but Kiana (emogirl95) had a modeling competition last summer which I helped judge, called Dancing Dead and we decided to bring it back for the summer!

 Entries will be open this Friday, June 1st!!! Hope to see you people there! (:

Comp Update!

Hey guys, I know all of my posts lately have been about competitions but they're really all im doing at the moment. It seems that every time I go to make a new sim I get frustrated and exit the game. So bear with me for a while people!

Anyways! Scores for High Street Hotties went up today, I got 2nd place (: which was a 58/60 I was really surprised because I joined at the last possible minute. Assignment 2 also went up today. We had to do a head shot of our model....with no make up on. I found this very interesting and I had some fun with it.

I also just got a new graphics card so my in-game graphics are soooo much better xP

Since I dropped We Are Who We Are...for obvious reasons....I've only been doing FAB and Fairytale but I found myself very bored. So I joined another! Its called High Street Hotties, its a beginners non-editing competition, but experience is experience plus it seems way fun!

Just Another Comp Post

So I just did my assignment for fab!!! Whoop, we had to do an angel devil dark light kind of thing. I noticed that everyone did one shot in white and the other in a dark color, ah hell. Well I thought outside the box and did both shots in white I just made one sassier. So heres my assignment!

Cliche Time!

So a few days ago emogirl95 ( kiana) and myself decided to do a whole cliche line of emo scene goth barbie ravers nerds and so on. So we will be doing them in tandom! So we both do emo sims at the same time, or scene sims at the same time. Get the idea? So yeah, they're gonna be totally stereotypes, which is ironic because neither of us like steroetyping xD. Anyways! We started we a cliche emo girl! And here is mine!

Yes, I know...more competition stuff xP. This week in Fairytale Modeling, we're doing Little Red Riding Hood. I'm not entirely sure if I love this picture but its what I have at the moment.

Im thinking of adding more to the background...it seems bland again...ugh...

I HATE RUDE PEOPLE

As the title states im pissed....I joined we are who we are thinking that it was going to be very fun. Soon to find out the host is very rude. I asked simple questions 1.) If I could use text on my assignments because it was not posted in the rules and 2.) When scores would be out. Both times I received very rude comments/answers in return. I ended up dropping out and deleting my pictures. Simple right? NOPE. Everyone was really apologetic at first and I accept that but when people started saying I was rude for clearly pointing out the obvious and leaving. A comment was made saying people should watch how they word stuff before they post it (whichs makes sense because you can't tell emotion via internet) I agreed that yes maybe I was being rude but I was also being treated like I was stupid and that yes maybe people should check what they write. Thats when everyone got pissed and started blaming me. HEY PEOPLE!!!! Look I don't care if you think Im a bitch or a "dropper" or whatever BUT I refuse....REFUSE to be treated like Im stupid....

Now that ends my rant....On the bright side we got scores for fairytale modeling and I got a 46/50. I got points marked down on my background because it seemed a little bland, which I totally agree on. Once it was pointed out I went hmmm thats true so yea my day has been a roller coaster...Fingers crossed tomorrow is better!

Competition Stuff

Hey people xP so I've decided to start modeling on the forums xD. I had joined two or three comps way back but they were all cancelled. But here I am! Im modeling currently in three comps so I'll show you guys my models/ which comps im in/ this weeks assignment! (:

First: We are who we are. Its all about finding your true self and inner beauty! We had to do a small explination of what got our sims to dislike themselves also soooo here is Tait Manning.
 Every child has expectations from their parents, but Tait's were always over-kill. Tait Manning grew up with the perfect older sister and when High School came, Tait's parents expected her to be just like her sister. She did everything her sister did, leading young Tait to not have her own life. Tait believed that her parents didn't appreciate that she was her own person and that she was never smart enough or pretty enough to be the daughter they always wanted. After all the negativity from her parents, Tait became almost robot-like she spoke, dressed, studied, and even ate like her sister. Down under all of her fake-ness Tait knew she was miserable but she didn't have the courage to open her mouth.
But now that Tait's an adult she wishes to find her true colors and discover who she really is.

This week we had to pick a trait that our model has, and do a picture and description of how she got it, I did Hopeless Romantic.

Unlike her sister, Tait has a trait that nobody knows of: she's an insane hopeless romantic. It all started in the 10th grade...
Tait was walking into her AP English class and that's when she saw him: Erik Blake, the hot new exchange student.
That day in English they were reciting lines from Romeo & Juliet. Erik was asked to come up to the front and read any line that proved meaning to him. He got up and recited:
"Did my heart love till now? For swear it sight! For I ne'er saw true beauty till this night. "
As he spoke, he stared directly into her eyes, and she melted. 

Second: FAB (Fashion and Beauty Advertising) As you can guess its about clothes and makeup. So this is Spencer Heart xD

 This week we had to do a makeup advertisement revolving around candy. Honestly I struggled with this a bit I was so indecisive about what to do but it eventually all worked out!

And Third: Fairytale Modeling. Each week we'll be given a fairytale and each of us have to take a picture of the same story now we can each add our own personal twist. So here's my model Hadley Starz.

And this week's story was Alice in Wonderland....I LOVE MY PICTURE!!! Just saying xP I have two one with text and one without xP

Let's just say, Alice never escaped the Red Queens grasp....


Anyways I'll keep you guys updated on how I'm doing and don't worry I'll still make sims!
